Shipping & Returns Policy of ecoflo.co
You have 30 consecutive calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Due to the nature of the products, for your ordered items to be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you recieved it/them. It/they must also be in the original packaging. Your returned order must also contain the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the returned item/order is recieved by us, we will inspect the parcel and notify you that we have recieved the returned item/order. After which, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will then receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
